The effects are delaying it somewhat … so if you just put say a cross dissolve or something simple in your 4 second clip ( just copy paste to another Video level to test out ) … like make a cut, put in dissolve so you get a yellow line to render.and test how long it takes to render without those other effects you're using. But it sounds like you got a couple things going on that may be causing it. Kingroot has alot of ad-ware and is another app developed in China. Better to test it with an older tablet / phone first since rooting can cause issues if you modify the system too much / cause it to get locked in a loop. If you've never rooted before then this probably isn't the product to test with. I've also rooted it with Kingroot to allow some mods.
Just reduced window animation to 0.5x and had to disable USB debugging to allow Spectrum TV to work. Haven't played much with the developer options. I discovered that you can view developer options with an app / shortcut (must be a bug with the ROM).
